It’s never too early to start your bridal skin prep. Ideally you should be looking into a skin care regime around a year before your wedding date. I know this might sound excessive but beauty treatments can take time and it will be worth it for that bridal glow.
You can book in to see a dermatologist or a skin care therapist to guide you in the right direction for specific treatments eg laser/ face peels.
You can also do wonders at home by building a good skincare routine consisting of cleansing/ toning & moisturising.
I would recommend any facial treatment should be done two weeks prior to the big day just incase there is any skin irritation.
A health balanced diet and plenty of hydration can result in the perfect wedding glow.
We all love a glow, whether that’s natural or from a bottle.
If you are going down the spray tan route, your best off getting a trial run first, you don’t want to end up looking like a tangerine on your wedding day!
Ask for recommendations in your local area. That is always the best research.
Tan can be seasonal so depending on when you have your wedding booked in it might also depend on the desired outcome.
If you are getting married abroad or in the summer and you’re fancying a natural tan, don’t forget your SPF.
A big one to also remember is strap lines! When you’re sunning it up in the garden, please remember to lower your straps. You don’t have a beautiful strapless dress and have tan straps.
